Textbook Agreement
By ordering textbooks on the Marauder Bookstore Website you agree to the following terms:
- The textbook information listed is updated frequently and subject to change. There are many factors that will affect the accuracy of this information, such as staffing changes, additional or different texts required by faculty, added or cancelled classes, etc. We make every effort to be sure that the information we provide is correct but cannot be held responsible for inaccurate listings. Pricing also subject to change as we receive new shipments of books daily. We are not responsible for information used on this site for the purchase of texts from other locations. Students purchasing materials on this site are protected under our Returns Policies.
- Our inventory fluctuates depending on sales, shipments and returns. Because of this we cannot guarantee that every book is in stock or that new and used copies are available for each title listed. Please note: our system automatically generates "new" and "used" prices for every book, regardless of current stock on hand or availability.
- We will substitute new books for used or used for new, depending on availability. If you prefer to have no substitutions, please type "No Substitutions" in the special shipping instructions box when ordering and any unavailable item(s) will be deleted from your order.
- Book prices are subject to change and are updated as stock arrives. A price of 0.00 indicates that the book has not yet been received and cannot be ordered. The correct price will be set at the time it is received.
- All orders placed are final and cannot be cancelled. Please refer to the Return Policy.

All refunds/exchanges require the original cash register receipt and a current photo ID. Drop slip is required if the class is dropped.
Textbook Refund Deadlines:
Fall, Spring and Summer – One week from date of purchase. Books are non-returnable during the last 3 weeks of the term.
Intersession – One week from date of purchase.
Books are non- returnable after the first week.
New books must be in new and clean condition. Wrapped or boxed course materials must not be unwrapped or opened. Defective books will be exchange only – NO REFUNDS
NO EXCEPTIONS will be made on the deadlines and conditions stated above, even if on a waiting list, crashing the class or incorrect purchase.
NO REFUNDS on review materials, software, blank media, course packets, special orders and study aids.
Clothing, supplies, backpacks, gifts and non-textbooks are returnable for one week from the date of purchase. The item must be in resalable condition – in original packaging; unopened with tags attached.
When refunds are authorized:
* Cash will be given for cash and ATM transactions.
* Cash will be given for checks after 10 day hold period. If refund on a check is within 10 days of purchase, store credit will be given.
* No cash refunds on credit card transactions; the actual credit card must be present for a refund.
