Marauder Bookstore Refund Policy

All refunds/exchanges require the original cash register receipt (or packing slip for mail orders) and a current photo ID. 

TEXTBOOK REFUND DEADLINES

·    AVC Fall & Spring Semesters:  2 weeks after Semester Begins

·    AVC Summer & Intersession:  1 week after Semester Begins

·    Late Start Courses:  1 week after Classes Begin

New books must be in new and clean condition.  Wrapped or boxed class materials must not be unwrapped or opened.  Defective books will be exchanged only – NO REFUNDS!

NO EXCEPTIONS will be made on the deadlines and conditions stated above, even if on a waiting list, crashing the class or incorrect purchase.

NO REFUNDS on review materials, software, blank-media, course packets and study aids.

Clothing, supplies, backpacks, gifts and non-textbooks are returnable for one week from the date of purchase.  The Item must be in resalable condition –in original packaging, unopened with tags attached.

when Refunds are authorized, cash will be given for cash, ATM and check sales.  No cash refunds on credit card transactions; the actual credit card or credit card # and expiration date must be present for a refund.

METHODS OF PAYMENT - We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. We also accept personal checks. We do not accept third party or company checks. Identification is required on all checks. Check signer must be present. Credit/debit cards must be signed by the cardholder.
